Child Therapy

Children use play to make sense of, and communicate with, the world. Play therapy can assist children in developing insight into their thoughts, feelings, and challenges while providing a safe and comforting way to express themselves and develop new ways of coping and problem solving.

Our play therapy sessions provide a variety of activities, such as painting, drawing, games, role-playing, and sand play to help children learn coping skills, resolve conflicts, and express themselves in a non-threatening, playful way.

Play therapy can be an effective treatment for children with behavioral and emotional challenges and can help children develop social, cognitive, and emotional skills needed for success in life.
